Anthony is the Founder and President of Cater To You. He devoted much of his early career to working as a Chef at a prestigious independent all-boys school in New York City where he revolutionized K-12 school dining. In 1987, he launched Cater To You.

Cater To You in its mission to provide better-for-you meals to the independent private school sector.
Anthony and Cater To You fundamentally transformed how school food should be prepared. Anthony’s belief is that all school food can be prepared form scratch, with simple seasonal ingredients that can be obtained with traceability and sourced locally when available. As such, Anthony and Cater To You were the first to bring schools rBGH-free milk from grass-fed cows in NY’s Hudson Valley, use only pasture-raised, certified-humane eggs, purchase fish from traceable sources, and commit to sourcing only antibiotic-free proteins and deli meats (poultry, beef and pork) from humanely raised animals. Cater to You quickly standardized sourcing from transparent sources for all contracted accounts, no exceptions.
Today, Anthony is active in all aspects of the business including daily operations and he works diligently at protecting the Cater to You food philosophy. He also works closely with Cater To You’s Director of Culinary to refine menus and meal concepts.
And, he is still passionate about cooking, especially when creating meals for family and friends. He spends most of his free time cultivating produce from his garden and utilizing those vegetables for cooking simply prepared meals. Anthony and Cater To You are loyal supporters of organizations that provide meals to individuals in need or to organizations that provide fun experiences to children suffering from illness. Such organizations include The Hole in the Wall Gang, Heifer Foundation, God’s Love We Deliver and Spoons Across America. He is an active member of the Partridge Foundation, which provides culinary scholarships to individuals pursuing
a career in hospitality.
