Brian Bonanno is the Director of Operations where he oversees the day-to-day processes of all Cater To You kitchen teams to ensure delivery of our promise: better-for-you delicious meals served with care, to all of our guests.

The better part of Brian’s career has been spent working in almost every kitchen position possible. He began in small restaurants and eventually managed large-scale multi-unit operations within world-class hospitality organizations. He joined Cater To You in 2014. 

No matter how long his day, Brian always looks forward to cooking a home-cooked meal for his family, almost every night of the week.
