Mercedes Turner is the Director of Human Resources with a responsibility for all team members and the company at large. On a daily basis, she advocates, and is a resource, for all Cater To You employees, and simultaneously works to protect the interests of the company and its values. She has more than 15 years of experience as a human resources generalist with a focus on recruiting, employee investigations, and management. After stints in progressive HR roles, she joined Cater To You in 2016.

Mercedes holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, has completed master’s degree coursework in Labor Policy, and is currently pursuing an additional certificate in Senior Human Resources.  When not at work, Mercedes enjoys cooking for her family, which usually includes a dish with cheese because she believes that almost every food can be made better with cheese.
